Theodora Pappas “Teddie” Poletis, a retired Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School librarian and church musician who was a historian of Baltimore’s Greek community, died Wednesday at Brightview White Marsh. She was 92 and formerly lived in Rodgers Forge.
