Bel Air woman loves her chihuahua, Bruce Wayne, so much that she had him cloned. ViaGen, the only U.S,. organization that clones pets in addition to livestock, has cloned a few Maryland cats in the past two years. But the company says the puppies are its first cloned dogs to live in this state.
