Towson High School student’s cookie project offers recipe for reaching out to others

Towson High School senior Elise Chang began to spread the love and support by sending out cookie care packages to 20 of her friends in December, safely baking and delivering sweet treats to friends in Stoneleigh, Rodgers Forge, Lutherville and Owings Mills.
