‘What better holiday’: Historic Black neighborhood in Towson set to host its first Juneteenth music festival

Historic East Towson, a Black neighborhood founded by slaves from the Hampton Plantation over 200 years ago will host its first ever Juneteenth music festival at Elks lodge, located at 411 East Pennsylvania Ave., on June 19, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
