Baltimore City College graduate, airman killed in Virginia hit-and-run honored in BWI dignified transfer ceremony

Family and friends met Makai Sean Cummings, the 20-year-old airman and Baltimore City College graduate killed in an early morning hit-and-run last week in Virginia, on the tarmac at BWI Marshall Airport during a solemn dignified transfer ceremony.
