Manchester Valley’s Emma Penczek led Mavericks to unbeaten season, named Carroll County Times girls lacrosse Player of the Year

Manchester Valley sophomore Emma Penczek finished the year with 93 goals while handing out 43 assists for the Class 2A state champion Mavericks. Penczek is the Carroll County Times girls lacrosse Player of the Year.
