Oakland Mills’ Judson Lincoln, Isiah Rucker and Baidy Ba combined to win seven individual gold medals and an additional first-place finish in a relay event to create a virtually insurmountable lead for the Scorpions after Day 2 of Howard County outdoor track and field championships.
