Owen Cogan the hero again as Hereford boys lacrosse grinds out 5-4 win over Kent Island for Class 2A state crown

Hereford senior midfielder Owen Cogan scored his second straight game-winning goal Saturday, giving the Bulls their 10th state championship and first since 2013 with a 5-4 victory over Kent Island in the Class 2A final.
