Julia Fitzwater, Gianna Kronk and Cameron Mangold had 12 points apiece to lead Southern to a 57-14 victory over Patuxent in a Class 2A South Region Section II quarterfinal girls basketball game on Saturday.
The Bulldogs will travel to Calvert on Tuesday for a section semifinal matchup.
