Rushaun Tongue accounts for three touchdowns as Chesapeake football begins season with 45-0 win over Western Tech

Rushaun Tongue `ran the opening kickoff back for a touchdown, and scored twice more with an interception return and a receiving touchdown, to lead Chesapeake to a 45-0 season-opening win over Western Tech.
