Capital Gazette Sports Editor Tim Schwartz writes: The Anne Arundel County Board of Education should not have interfered with the well-thought-out plan made by the county’s Coordinator of Athletics Clayton Culp and 14 athletic directors to play an extended spring sports season. Frankly, the flip-flopping is embarrassing.
