With coronavirus cases on the rise, Maryland General Assembly to limit public access again in 2021

With the coronavirus pandemic continuing unabated, members of the public will be shut out of in-person participation in the 2021 Maryland General Assembly session. But lawmakers plan to use livestreaming and online testimony to keep the public engaged.
