Spalding softball right where it wants to be

Archbishop Spalding’s softball team displayed several traits of a championship team on Thursday.

The Cavaliers used solid starting pitching, timely hitting and flawless defense in a 5-2 victory over Mount de Sales in an Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference semifinal.
